Returns Policy
Retail sales via this website fall under the UK Distance Selling regulations. You may notify us within 14 days of receiving these goods that you wish to return them. If you do this, you must return the item to us within 14 days of that notification. We will then provide a full refund within 14 days of receiving those goods.
For trade customers, return of goods that were correctly supplied and are not faulty will incur a 10% restocking fee and, in any case, can only be accepted within 30 days of despatch.
Please note, however, that this is only a demonstration website. We do not actually sell any products and therefore we do not need to accept returns.
