If you do this, you must return the item to us within 14 days of that notification. We will then provide a full refund within 14 days of receiving those goods.

For trade customers, return of goods that were correctly supplied and are not faulty will incur a 10% restocking fee and, in any case, can only be accepted within 30 days of despatch.
